Changes to Terms
This Agreement may be amended at any time, and each amendment will be effective immediately upon notification of the modified agreement. By accessing and using the website, you agree to periodically check this Agreement and abide by its modifications.
Orders/Contract
Orders are accepted in writing, via the internet, by telephone, or by fax. It is required to check the “Order Confirmations” and promptly inform INNTECK SRL in writing of any errors. Otherwise, the terms contained in the Order Confirmation will apply to the Contract.
Any price changes will be communicated before proceeding with order fulfillment.
Registration is optional to purchase products from the website.
Registration will occur upon placing the first order or, in any case, upon direct request via the specific link, where personal data, email address, and telephone references will be requested.
If you have registered, you will also be asked for your username and password. We recommend saving them. Requests, communications, or subsequent orders will thus be facilitated, as it will not be necessary to re-enter all references each time you contact us.
At the end of the registration process, an email will be sent to confirm the registration request and receive the PINCODE for orders. This confirmation must occur within 48 hours to activate the user account.
How to Make Purchases
You can find the product you are looking for within the categories or by using the advanced search form, where you can enter the code or description (paying attention to typos).
Once you have identified the product of interest, you can add it directly to the cart by clicking the [BUY] button.
If you have selected a product, added it to the cart, and wish to purchase other items, you can return to browse the catalog by category and add more products to the cart. From the cart page, you can change the quantity of selected products, remove items from the cart, add the delivery cost, and proceed with the purchase.
If, after completing your purchases, you want to remove one or more items already added to the cart, you can do so directly from the cart page, accessible from any page by clicking on the cart icon; in the far-right column of the main table, items can be removed. You can also change the quantity of items in the cart: the modification takes effect once you click the [RECALCULATE] button.
If you are unsure about confirming the order after adding items to the cart, simply clear the cart without saving it; filling the cart is non-binding. The cart will automatically empty at the end of each session unless saving the cart is explicitly requested. If it is deleted, the purchase process must be restarted.
To proceed with the purchase, you must enter the necessary information for the transaction.

Complaints
Any complaints should be addressed to INNTECK S.r.l. Regione Batasiolo 86 - 12064 La Morra (CN) Italy by registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt.
Product Returns
If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with the products received, you have the right to exchange the goods for items of equal value within 10 (ten) days from receipt of the goods by requesting it through the specific form downloadable from the website and returning the item subject to replacement within an additional 15 (fifteen) days from the issuance of the Return Authorization Code (CAR) from our Customer Service. The item must be returned in its original, intact, and resellable packaging, along with the purchase document. The returned and replacement goods travel at the buyer’s risk and expense, and the replacement request will only be accepted after verifying the item's condition and packaging; otherwise, INNTECK SRL will return the original item to the sender without any recognition unless otherwise agreed with the customer.
INNTECK SRL will replace the goods with others of equal value at the customer's choice. If the request is for a replacement of goods for a higher amount, INNTECK SRL will offset the value of the returned goods from the new purchase. It should be noted that in cases of promotional offers (so-called promotions), where the purchase of one item is paired with another item sold at a minimal price or even given for free, the right to replacement is legitimately exercised by returning both items purchased, as the promotional item is linked to the primary one. All ancillary costs for replacement will be borne by the buyer.
Prices and Availability
Product prices are clearly indicated on the site and include VAT. Shipping costs and any customs duties (for international shipments), which vary depending on the requested delivery method, will be added to the product price. INNTECK SRL will promptly notify via email if the product is unavailable. INNTECK SRL is not liable for any damages caused by the inability to deliver ordered goods. Price and availability data on the www.innteck.com website are subject to change without notice.
Product Delivery
INNTECK SRL will deliver the ordered products to the address provided in the order. All delivery times listed on the site are estimates based solely on availability, normal order processing, and carrier-stated delivery times. INNTECK SRL may deliver the products requested in a single order in multiple shipments.
Warranties
INNTECK SRL does not guarantee that the delivered Products are identical to those shown on the Site; product composition, color, and shape may vary without notice and may differ from the published photo, without affecting the functionality outlined in the technical sheet. INNTECK SRL guarantees the material integrity of the Product packaging at delivery, and any tampering with the packaging must be reported to the carrier upon receipt; otherwise, no complaints will be accepted. If the product appears altered in its essential characteristics and there was no tampering with the packaging, INNTECK SRL commits to replacing altered products with a new supply within the above terms.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

For any dispute between the parties, the competent court is that of the Customer's residence or domicile if located within Italian territory. If the Customer's domicile or residence is not within Italian territory, the competent court is the place of contract execution.
Illegality of Terms and Conditions
If, for any reason, any part of these terms and conditions is unenforceable, the validity of the remaining terms and conditions will not be affected.
