INNTECK SRL does not carry out international shipments unless previously arranged with our sales managers.
For the delivery of ordered material, unless specific requests are agreed with our Customer Service, postal shipment via courier will be used.
Delivery times: 24/48 hours subject to product availability.
Cost: variable depending on the number and size of purchased products.
Please note that the package will be delivered only to the recipient or their representative. If no one is available to receive it, it must be picked up at the depot indicated on the notice.
Secure Shipping
All our products are adequately packaged for transit.
We strongly recommend always checking the number and condition of the packages; otherwise, immediately report any issues to the courier and notify us promptly. In such cases, replacement and redelivery costs will be fully covered by us.

Our couriers deliver during normal working hours (9-17), so we advise selecting a delivery address where our staff will reliably find someone to receive the delivery. For locations far from urban centers, we recommend also providing a phone number when ordering to facilitate the work of our couriers as much as possible.
Product Delivery
INNTECK SRL will deliver the ordered products to the address indicated on the order. All delivery times listed on the website www.innteck.com are estimates based solely on availability, normal order processing, and the delivery times declared by carriers.
