Advance bank transfer
Payment is made via bank transfer. You will receive an email with the exact amount to be paid and all necessary information to make the transfer. The amount requested will always and only be for the products that are actually available. For this reason, we kindly ask you not to make any payment before receiving instructions from our customer service.
We recommend sending the transfer receipt to the fax number 0173/363491 or via email to info@innteck.com to avoid payment reminders or order cancellation due to delays in receipt. Shipment of goods will only take place after receiving payment confirmation.
You will find all necessary information for payment on the "FINAL SUMMARY" page. INNTECK SRL reserves the right to ship only after receipt of payment.
Cash on delivery
You can pay directly to the courier who will deliver the products you ordered. This payment method accepts cash or bank checks. Cash on delivery shipments are not available for amounts exceeding 1,033.00 Euros. The courier will not deliver the products if the requested amount is not received. Therefore, it is important to prepare the required sum in advance. If someone else will receive the goods, please remember to give them instructions and provide the necessary amount.
INNTECK SRL will send a regular invoice at the time of product shipment.
Prices and availability
Product prices are clearly indicated on the website and include VAT. Additional customs taxes and shipping costs, which vary depending on the requested delivery method, may apply. If the product is unavailable, you will be promptly informed by email. Price and availability data on the www.innteck.com website are subject to change without notice. Any price list changes will be communicated before order fulfillment.
